Our founder, Ana Rios, has been part of the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. She originally entered the Hotel Industry in 2005 as a housekeeping supervisor with a multi-state staffing company in one of the biggest hotels in Downtown Tampa. The company immediately noticed her abilities and she quickly worked her way up to becoming their Tampa Bay Administrator.
In 2019, she decided her capabilities should not be capped as an Area Administrator, so she decided to open her own staffing company, Superior Staffing Inc., alongside her husband Barry Johnson. They then expanded the family business by welcoming their daughter Angie Wasowski to the team.
Our primary goal is to be the leading provider of highly skilled, reliable, and professional hospitality staff tailored to meet the dynamic needs of hotels and resorts. We aim to deliver exceptional staffing solutions by recruiting and placing qualified personnel who uphold the highest standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and brand alignment.
